APEX 2100 PERFORM BETTER CAMP
LWTL Schools are preferred partners for APRX2100 Rugby Perform Better Camp.
With up to 4 schools participating per camp, this collaborative training format will take your pre-season preparations to a whole new level.
The programme is broken down into 5 days of rugby training, S&C training and a midweek ‘activity’ day. Each school benefits from individual pitch time as well as sessions with each of the other participating schools.
Rugby skill sessions are organised throughout the week for the entire camp, focusing on kicking, lineouts, scrums and breakdown (or as agreed by the Directors of Rugby).
An equal emphasis is placed on off-pitch time. This includes activities that will fully stretch your boys, sessions with the Apex experts and Sir Clive Woodward, together with the Apex Perform Better content.

LOCATION
Tignes is an established and reputable high altitude training location and already the chosen training venue for many Top 14 French teams each summer. The rugby training facilities are unbeatable and the activities available in Tignes will only enhance each players all-round experienceand tour. Players will tread in the same footsteps as many of their rugby heroes, both in terms of their on field training and off-pitch activities.
CAMP INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
INCLUDES:
- International flights including a hold bag per person
