Title: Clubs & Schools Sales Executive – sports playing tours
Direct report: Clubs & Schools Sales Manager
Role: Permanent: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) , office based or work from home
Office: LWTL House, Rose Cottage, Corse Lawn, Gloucester, GL19 4LY
You will be key member of the Clubs & Schools Sales team in generating new sales enquiries from schools and sports playing clubs and converting them into bookings. You will be selling to a range of schools & clubs across the UK, and internationally, who are looking to tour with variety of sports both domestically in the UK as well as worldwide.
The role comprises of the following responsibilities but isn’t limited to that which is listed.
Sales responsibilities include:
- Generating and converting sales enquiries into bookings along with the Sales Manager in order to hit departments annual targets
- Handling bespoke tour enquiry itineraries, flights and costings adjustments, ensuring tour costs and budgets are maintained at the point of Sale with all relevant supplements & deviations costed with appropriate profit margin
- Itinerary design and costing proposals, including administration related to it
- Ensuring clear handover of new bookings to the Operations team, which can include booking suppliers and flights ahead of handovers
- Presentations to schools & clubs online and/or in person to groups of perspective schools/ club and their parents.
Requirements:
- Sales experience and records of hitting targets, preferably within the schools sector
- Ability to create and generate own sales leads.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills both in writing and in person
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with others
- Travel experience world wide
- A passion for sport.
- Driving licence and own car

Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Supporters)
Direct report: Head of Supporters
Role: Permanent: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) , office based or work from home
Office: LWTL House, Rose Cottage, Corse Lawn, Gloucester, GL19 4LY
You are a key member of the supporters’ team in the delivery of successful tours to our customers at a range of sports events worldwide.
The role comprises of the following responsibilities but isn’t limited to that which is listed.
Sales responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and bookings as they come in
- Handling bespoke tour enquiry itineraries, flights and costings adjustments, ensuring tour costs and budgets are maintained at the point of Sale with all relevant supplements & deviations costed with appropriate profit margin
- Ensuring clear handover of new bookings to the Operations team
- Itinerary design and costing proposals for new upcoming tour packages
- Managing customer payments, invoicing and receipting via business accounting platform (QuickBooks) & various business banking methods, including RealEx, Stripe & Revolut
- Sharing customer sales relationships over LWTL supporters hotline and e-mail, to work towards annual supporters sales targets dictated by LWTL
- Overseas tour management duties from time-to-time
Marketing Responsibilities to include:
- Weekly copy, content and distribution of LWTL customer mailers via Zoho Campaigns CRM platform, to stimulate fresh sales enquiries for follow up and reporting
- Shared responsibility for management of the LWTL contacts database and tagging via Zoho Contacts CRM platform
- Production of tour enquiry forms and workflow forms on via Zoho Forms CRM platform
- Canva design work across LWTL social media channels and other promotional collateral
- Collecting customer reviews and feedback via Feefo
- Website editing and support on upkeep of the LWTL website
- Occasional production and delivery of LWTL on tour merchandise

This placement is offered on a full time (37.5 hrs, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday) six-month minimum term basis located in our offices in Corse Lawn, Gloucester
