Passports and Visa’s:
Different countries have different rules on how long passports must be valid for. Since the UK left the EU, clients travelling to Europe must have passports issued less than 10 years before the date they enter the destination country and valid for at least 3 months after the day they plan to leave.

It is your responsibility to check specific passport & visa requirements as well as other immigration requirements for travel overseas and you should check these with the relevant embassy. We do not accept any responsibility if you are unable to travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.

Health:
It is your responsibility to seek advice on recommended vaccinations and precautions from a health professional – either a GP, a practice nurse, a pharmacist or a travel health clinic – ideally at least eight weeks before departure.

Travel Insurance:
As a condition of booking you are required to take out adequate travel insurance for yourself and those for whom you are booking. We require you to complete and sign our insurance indemnity form confirming that you have your own insurance policy.

Travel insurance is important and you should take it out as soon as possible.
